Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia. We're not shipping elsewhere at this time — sign up to our email list and we'll let you know when that changes.

Delivery times

Standard shipping: 7–14 business days Australia-wide.

Our gear ships from our supplier network, so delivery takes a little longer than a domestic warehouse. We'd rather tell you that up front than promise two days and miss it. Most orders arrive comfortably inside this window.

Cost

$11 flat rate, Australia-wide. Free on orders over $100 AUD.

Dispatch

We dispatch within 1–2 business days of your order (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll get a tracking number by email once it's on the way.

Note that dispatch and delivery are different things — dispatch means it's left the warehouse, not that it's arrived.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your order is running past the expected window, email us at hello@glowride.shop with your order number and we'll chase it.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost or damaged on the way, contact us at hello@glowride.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll re-send it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
