  • SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

    We ship to Australia and New Zealand.

    AUSTRALIA

    Standard shipping
    - Metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide: 3-7 business days
    - Regional Australia: 5-10 business days
    - Cost: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, or FREE on orders over $75 AUD

    Express upgrade
    - Most metro areas: 1-3 business days
    - Cost: calculated at checkout

    NEW ZEALAND

    Standard shipping
    - All NZ regions: 7-14 business days
    - Cost: calculated at checkout

    DISPATCH TIME

    We dispatch within 1-2 business days of your order being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

    TRACKING

    Every order ships with tracking. If your order is taking longer than the expected delivery window, email hello@glowride.shop with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier.

    LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

    If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at hello@glowride.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll either re-send the order or refund you in full at no cost to you.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    We don't currently ship outside Australia and New Zealand. Sign up to our email list to be notified when we expand.

    FREE SHIPPING

    Australian orders over $75 AUD ship free via Australia Post standard. NZ orders are not eligible for free shipping at this time.
