Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store are offered as pre-orders. This policy explains how you can change or cancel this kind of purchase.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you're buying a product that isn't yet in stock but is on its way. At checkout we collect payment and securely store your payment details. We fulfil and dispatch your order once stock arrives — for current pre-orders, that's by Monday 14 July 2026.

You can cancel your pre-order any time before it's been dispatched, for a full refund. Just reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at hello@glowride.shop and we'll sort it out.

Once your order has been dispatched, it can't be cancelled — but you may be able to return it for a full or partial refund. See our Returns Policy for details.

If your pre-order is delayed beyond the estimated dispatch date, we'll email you. You're welcome to cancel for a full refund at that point if the new timing doesn't suit you.
