Cancellation & Pre-order Policy
Most items ship from stock. Occasionally we offer an item as a pre-order — a product that isn't in stock yet but is on its way; we'll always say so on the product page.
You can cancel any order before it's dispatched for a full refund — just reply to your order confirmation or email hello@glowride.shop.
Once an order has been dispatched it can't be cancelled, but you may be able to return it for a full or partial refund. See our Returns Policy for details.
