How long does shipping take?
Most Australian metro orders arrive within 3–7 business days via Australia Post standard. Regional Australia is typically 5–10 business days. We dispatch within 1–2 business days of your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over $100 AUD ship free within Australia.
Are these accessories ebike-specific or do they work on regular bikes too?
Almost everything we sell works on both ebikes and standard bicycles. Where a product is ebike-specific (typically heavier-duty mounts and brackets), we'll call it out clearly on the product page.
How do I install Glowride?
Glowride is designed for easy installation. Each light unit has a dovetail clip that slides into one of the included mounting options — a silicone strap (wraps around the seat post or seat stays), a small O-ring (for thinner tubes), or the plastic clip-on bracket (for seat-post style mounting). Pair the wireless remote to your handlebar using the supplied silicone band. Most installs take under 5 minutes. Compatibility varies by bike — see "Will it fit my e-bike?" below.
Is Glowride waterproof?
Glowride is rated IPX4, meaning it's protected against splashing water from any direction. It will handle rain, road spray, and wet weather riding. It is not designed to be submerged. Charge ports should be kept covered when the unit is exposed to water.
What's the battery life?
The 750mAh USB-C rechargeable battery delivers approximately 6–8 hours of indicator use on a single charge, depending on which lighting mode is in use. Full charge takes around 2 hours via the included USB-C cable. The green charging indicator turns off when the unit is fully charged.
Will Glowride fit my e-bike?
Glowride comes with an easy-to-use silicone strap that connects quickly and securely to the rear frame of most e-bikes — seat post, seat stays, or rear rack tube. No tools required.
Confirmed to fit: Lekker, Valk Nomad, and most commuter, hybrid, and city-style e-bikes with a standard rear frame.
Likely to fit (please confirm with us if unsure): Coogee, Cruzr, and similar hybrid e-bikes.
Bikes we're actively developing support for: We're working closely with our manufacturer on additional mounting hardware to broaden compatibility across the wider Australian e-bike community — including popular fat-tyre, cruiser, and moped-style brands such as DiroDi, Fatboy, Flight Risk, Ampd Bros, and similar e-bikes with integrated bench seats or non-round frame geometry. These mounting options will be available with our next production batch.

Is Glowride legal to use in NSW (and the rest of Australia)?
Glowride is designed as a visibility accessory, not a replacement for legally required signalling. Bicycles in NSW remain classified under standard bicycle equipment rules — riders should continue to use hand signals where required by the road rules, in addition to using Glowride.
The Australian e-bike regulatory landscape is evolving: from February 2026, new product safety certification requirements apply to e-bikes and their lithium-ion batteries, and from March 2026 power limits align with the European EN15194 standard at 250W. Glowride is an accessory and is not affected by these rules. We monitor Transport for NSW announcements and update our customers when relevant changes occur.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you order. If Glowride doesn't fit your bike or doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days for a return authorisation. Customer covers return shipping unless the product is faulty, in which case we cover return shipping and replacement at our cost. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The product must be in its original condition with all accessories included.
How do I contact support?
Email us at hello@glowride.shop. We're a small Australian-based team and respond personally to every message, typically within 24 hours on business days. For order-specific questions, include your order number to help us help you faster.
Do you sell helmets?
We don't sell certified helmets. Australian law requires bicycle helmets to comply with AS/NZS 2063, and we'd rather not stock product we can't fully vouch for. We do sell helmet accessories — clip-on indicator lights, reflective stickers, and similar — that work with any helmet you already own.
Are your lights bright enough for actual road use?
Yes. Every front light we stock is at least 800+ lumens; rear lights are at least 30+ lumens with bright amber turn-signal indicators where applicable. We test every product on real night commutes before adding it to the store.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
What if a product arrives faulty?
Email hello@glowride.shop within 7 days with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including return shipping — at no cost to you. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in full.
What if I change my mind?
We offer 30-day change-of-mind returns on unopened, unused items in original packaging. The customer covers return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
How long is the warranty?
12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. ACL guarantees apply in addition to and override this.

Are you a dropshipper?
We work with vetted suppliers who ship from Australian and overseas warehouses. Every product in our catalog is sample-tested before going live — so while we don't manufacture, we don't blindly resell either. The catalog is small and curated, not bulk-imported.
